REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS
You are entitled to a refund for items you purchase from Lillibee Homewares if:-
- Are faulty due to manufacturing defect
- Have been wrongly described
- Item is different to what you ordered
- Item was damaged in transit
The cost of shipping is paid for by the customer. We will credit your original method of payment (unless the items are faulty, damaged or not as ordered).
All prices shown on our website are inclusive of GST
Typically products will be despatched within 2/3 business days from date of purchase via courier – email updates will be notified on delivery progress.
Larger items e.g. furniture will be despatched within 2/3 working weeks after date of purchase from our Australian Warehouse.
**All Items on our website are FREE standard DELIVERY for Metropolitan areas – but do not include for the following locations :-
Some regional and remote areas may incur additional freight charges including South Australia, Western Australia and the Northern Territory – please contact us so as we can calculate any additional freight charges prior to purchase – thank you!
We are unable to send to Post Office Boxes~~
If we are unable to complete delivery to a designated address we will provide a full refund.
